Here is the breakdown of what you will earn based on your team's sales. You will only earn Third Level sales if you personally are an Exec Leader or higher.

Earn $500 cash when you have $1000 in personal sales, $2750 in sales for your central group and 2 additional success bound recruits in your first 3 months after becoming a team leader!
III. Leader Success Plan
Just like there is a Consultant Success Plan, there is also a Leader Success Plan. You can find this on the Thrive Leadership google docs. Sign in info is found on the Thrive Leadership Facebook Group as a pinned post. It contains hyperlinks with videos to watch and tons of info. I highly suggest completing as much Team Leader Training in the next 1-2 months while your team leader is still doing a little of your team leader responsibilities for you and you will have a little extra time =)
IV. Welcoming New Members Into Your Central Group!
It is *SO* important for New Consultants in your Central Group to feel welcome and get to know you, whether you did or did not recruit them. Your Central Group consists of all of your recruits who have not yet promoted and their recruits...You are still their team leader until their sponsor promotes and so you are to treat them the same as you would your own recruits. =)
We also want ALL new consultants to feel like they know where they can go to get answers to their questions and where to go to receive training. That's why our system for training new recruits is so important. It helps new recruits get to know you, get info., and to get independent from you asap. You, on the other hand, will be able to get to know them, know their goals so you know how to help them and support them best... and chances are, you are going to make a NEW friend along the way!
A) How to find your new team member's information The best advice I have is to get in the habit of checking your "messages" from Usborne on the main page EVERY DAY at https://consultants.myubam.com/dashboard/ . Your messages will show up at the bottom right of that main page & will notify you when you have a new team member in your Central Group! HOWEVER, if a person is in your 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. downline, you will NOT receive an email notifying you of a new recruit even if they are in your central group. That's why its so important to check back at the consultant site every day!

During your first 1-2 months as a new team leader, your team leader will be sending any new recruits in your Central Group a series of 7, quick emails in the course of the new consultant's first 30 days. These emails will provide a wonderful base for training, encouragement, & information about their new consultant websites & passwords, while at the same time, packed with short spurs of info & encouragement as to not be overwhelming to the new consultant.
After your first 1-2 months as leader, you will then send these messages to your central group so they can get the most out of their first 30 days!
The first 4 emails are best sent through your email account and emails #5-7 can be scheduled in advance to be sent through SalesAutoPilot.com for free (just be sure to write down your password as they do not have a password recovery system in place =) ) or through MailChimp for a fee.
The best way that I have found to remember to send off the first 4 emails and to schedule the final 3 emails, is to write it down on your calendar, planner, online calendar, or whatever you use to plan your days!

How to check a New Consultant's ID # Needed for Emails #2 & #3
Go to https://consultants.myubam.com/dashboard/ & then go to your BACK OFFICE (the house icon on the top right of the main page).
Scroll Down to look at the list of those in their incentive period and find their name and consultant ID number there. Copy and paste that into emails 2 & 3.
(FREE & they will send you an email each time someone submits a survey response)
Online Calendar: I put 3-5 of my next available dates for a new recruit into my Wufoo Survey as you'll see in the "Sample Wufoo Survey" above. If you'd like to use another calendar such as google, or whatever you'd normally use, you can add a link to it on your new consultants emails, which is next at bat =)
Videos: Videos aren't necessary to have in your emails, HOWEVER, it really helps the new recruit get to know and see YOU, so be sure to consider that before you say "no" to videos =) With the rise of Facebook Parties, our Central Groups can be spread out all over the country, so it is always nice for them to see you on video! If you don't have a phone that takes video, digital camera, or webcam, don't let that stop you....ask to borrow a family or friend's device. I upload my videos to Youtube.com and set the privacy setting so no one can see it unless they have the link to my video.

C) If A New Consultant in Your Central Group Does NOT Have Internet Access.......
Step 1: You will want to call them or make contact with them.. During that contact time, make an appointment to meet up OR a 45 - 50 minute phone call several days out.
Step 2: Print out this document in Word or this document in PDF File. This is the Sweet Elite Docs & Training from our website, so they can have access to great training.
Step 3: Head over to TeamSweetElite.webs.com . Use the document you just printed out & go through the list of trainings on the TeamSweetElite Page and print out all the documents that are underlined in your printed document!
Step 4: Put everything you printed out together with the Word or PDF file you printed first, and use this when meeting up with the individual OR, send it asap to the new consultant and schedule your 30 min. phone interview for after the papers should arrive to the new consultant, so she can refer to them during the interview!

I print this document out and use it as a guide when speaking to a new consultant in my central group...EVEN if they are not my direct recruit...... Its actually A LOT of fun!!! I stick the interviews in a binder called "Central Group" so I can reference them when I'm checking in with my team.
VI. Promoting Out Leaders
You will receive bonuses when you promote out leaders! Your bonus will be equal to whatever level you are the sales month prior to promotion...so if you are a senior leader and you promote out a new leader, you will receive $250 when the new TL promotes and $250 when they complete "A Leader Story...continued"!
When you promote out a team leader, you will want to take the following steps:
1. Add & welcome them to the UBAM Leaders, Thrive Leadership, and Lovely Literacy Leaders Facebook groups.
2. You will want to send this webpage to the new team leader so they have access to the things they will need to know going forward.
3. You will want to communicate all relevant information to them about members in their Central Group such as those working on promotion, those who may not have access to internet and need the specials printed and sent out to them each month, etc.
