-50 people in 5 minutes printout: OVERinviting is vital. Only about 30% of those invited will actually attend and your goal for a "yes" rsvp should be 15 (because its inevitable that someone's kid will throw up and she won't be able to make it or the car broke down. Overinviting is kind of like insurance for a successful party. (DOC IS COMING SOON: Until then, coach them over the phone or through text to find 5 people in 10 different categories: People from work, people from spouse's work, family, people from church, people from kid-related activities, people who LOVE to read to children, Stay at Home Moms who need a Night Out, Expectant Moms, Grandmothers /First-time Grandmothers (they are usually the best customers, don't forget about them!), Anyone who could use extra income, etc.)\par
-A "Go Girls Goals" Sheet: Give your hostess 3 goals to hit and they will get an incentive for completing those goals )ie- Invite 50 Get the guest list & addresses to you by (date), Have her book 1 party prior to the party, Get 5 outside orders, etc.) This will help your hostesses have concrete actions to take to have a successful party cause who doesn't like a prize?! =)\par
-Pamphlet on Becoming A New Consultant (it was in your kit)\par
-A few extra post cards that she can hand out to people that she forgets to put on the invitation list or people she meets after the invites were already sent out. (For party invitations other than these 4-5 cards for people who she may have forgotten about, it works best when you get the names & addresses from the hostess a few days or 1 week after booking and send out the invites. You can have her pay you the money for the postcard stamps or she can buy the stamps & give/send them to you. THEY get to earn WAY more than that in FREE books =)\par
\b Customer & Hostess Binder \b0 :I keep all my party information in one big 3 inch binder with tabs. The tabs are marked "Future Parties", "1-3 Days After Party", "1-2 Week After Party",  "2 months after party", & "For Reference". Each of those tabs is a way to keep track how often you should be contacting guests who have purchased from your party. Here are the "reasons to ring" at those times:\par
-1-3 Days After Party tell them thank you and something about them that made them memorable or a connection you had with them, etc.\par
-1-2 weeks After Party- your "reason to ring" is to be sure their books have arrived and that they are LOVING them! Do they have a fav. book yet?\par
-2 months After Party- Be sure they are still enjoying their books, maybe they would like to treat themselves to a fun night with their friends & get free books?\par
Each of my hostesses get 2 sheet protectors in my binder. One of the sheet protectors contains the Hostess Checklist and the other sheet protector will hold all my Customer Slips that the customer fills out at the party and the completed order forms after the party. I set aside 5 minutes daily to check the dates and move any party's sheet protectors to the next tab as time goes on. This way, I can easily keep track of who to call.\par
Some people use a file folder system instead and that would work also as long as it is somewhere near your desk...& not just somwhere where you don't usually go & it'll pile up with dust bunnies =)\par

\b Home Party Binder\b0 : I use a regular binder during my presentation (or if you have one, you can use a presentation binder). I also put what I want to say on the opposite pages that I'm not showing them...This helps me remember what I want to say! I *still* use it and as you become more comfortable with home shows, you too will always want to use your binder or notecards. Why? Because it makes your job seem easier and potential recruits will think "Hey, she's using a binder! I could totally do that too! Easy Peasy!" \par
